Heritage Garage

Privacy notice

Version: privacy-draft-2026-09 · not yet reviewed

Draft — requires legal review. This notice has not been reviewed by counsel. It describes what the website actually does today and marks every point that still needs a decision.

Who we are

Heritage Garage [legal entity name and address — to be confirmed], based in Florida.

What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your message, and any vehicle details you choose to give (manufacturer, model, year, location, history, documentation, condition, preferences). With it we record the page you sent it from, the time, and that you agreed to be contacted about this enquiry.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or passwords, and the website has no accounts.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. This is the only use you agree to when you send a form.

We do not use your details for marketing. Marketing messages would need your separate, explicit agreement, which this website does not ask for today.

Where it goes

Online enquiries are not open yet: the forms on this website cannot send anything, so nothing you type in them is received. When enquiries open, they will be delivered to the enquiry system Heritage Garage uses to answer them [provider and location — to be confirmed]. We do not sell your details.

What the website stores in your browser

Nothing you type into a form is stored in your browser. The home page keeps one non-personal note for the current browser session: whether you have already seen the introduction.

The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens [to be replaced by self-hosted fonts before launch]. The website is hosted on Netlify, which receives standard request information, such as your IP address, when it serves a page [Netlify’s processing and retention of request data — to be confirmed]. The website’s code contains no advertising or analytics tracking [confirm that no analytics is enabled in the hosting account].

How long we keep it

[Retention period — to be defined]

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: [privacy contact — to be confirmed].
